Our mission is to create value in our relationships by providing outstanding personal service that is cost-effective for our clients and provides our candidates with the support and resources they need to realize career and life objectives.
Career Transition Network (CTN) offers a holistic approach to transition services. Our core values are at the foundation of our business model and are represented in each of our coaches that provide services during this critical time in your employees’ lives. We know that with the proper emotional and practical support, this transition can be much more than a job search. We believe that this is a time to help each candidate become aware of the many possibilities that exist for them. Our exclusive Personal Transition Plan©, was designed and developed to provide our candidates with a framework for productive thinking and thus a path to improved results – not just during the transition, but long after they are repositioned. We view this time as an opportunity to improve or build key skills that will benefit them in their next role and help them reach beyond current expectations.
CTN also believes in incorporating healthy lifestyle options for our candidates. We know that the loss of a job is more than a loss of income, as it is a change in daily routines and often adds stress on relationships. Our programs include allowance for spousal support and our coaches and contributors will provide stress reduction methods and wellness support.
While each of us enjoys face to face meetings with our candidates, we have recognized the value in leveraging technology. Our organization takes advantage of innovations in communication to provide exceptional service 24/7. Because we provide our tools electronically and use telecommunication whenever possible, it allows us to always have the most updated information in the hands of our clients and candidates as we all help to preserve our environment. Additionally, the cost savings is incorporated into our business model, which offers more cost-effective services.
We also believe it is important to give back. A portion of each dollar earned will be awarded to a 501(c)(3) organization for purposes of providing career transition workshops to those without the resources to pay.
Practical and Personal.
CTN personally knows each of its coaches and is passionate about delivering service to our clients and candidates that is personal, timely, comprehensive, and also aligns with our core values and principles. Our coaches are all professionally certified and will contact each candidate within 48 hours of receiving their information. The programs, however, can begin when the candidate is ready. We are not focused on the clock ticking, but on providing beneficial services when the time is right.
CTN is a virtual organization which allows us to provide convenient and flexible scheduling. We value the time commitments of our candidates and work to ensure that time spent on the phone or online with us covers immediate needs and long-term planning. Our structure is efficient which allows us to provide comprehensive services at effective prices.
We are an organization committed to service and strive for continuous improvement through feedback, innovation and new thinking!
